We know you love free shipping!

All orders over USD $70 to US, Singapore and Australia will enjoy free shipping.

We ship all breast pump orders placed within these regions via express delivery.

US orders will ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles. Express shipping takes 2-3 business days and standard shipping takes 5-6 business days.

Please note that shipping times may increase for more remote regions i.e. Hawaii.

Orders to Australian addresses will ship from our warehouse in Adelaide. Express shipping takes 2-3 business days and standard shipping takes 5-6 business days.

Please note that shipping times may increase for more regional areas outside the AusPost express network.

Orders placed to Singapore addresses will ship from our warehouse in Los Singapore. All orders will take 2-3 days to arrive.

Although we are happy to ship international orders outside US, Singapore and Australia, please be aware that these shipments will be cross border.

This means that shipping times will be up to 2 weeks and you will be liable for any customs charges imposed in your region.

If you are outside the US, Singapore or Australia, please be aware that your shipment will be cross border.

Our prices do not include any local taxes or duties that may be imposed by your local customs authority.

Please make sure you are aware of all fees and taxes that may be charged, because once your order arrives you will be liable for these.

We will not refund you if your local customs authority charges you taxes or fees and you change your mind.

Returns

It's important to understand that we do not accept returns on products once they have been used.

Breast pumps are personal use items, and once the hygiene seal has been broken, your item is not eligible for a return.

We know this can be daunting, and we're hear to help you make the right choice however you can.

We'll need to confirm that your order is unopened and able to be returned to stock for sale to another mama.
