Warranty
All Pumpables breast pumps come with a two-year warranty on the pump motor from the date of original purchase. Parts and accessories carry a three-month limited warranty. Validated warranty claims are actioned within one business day.
What the warranty covers
Defects in manufacturing, assembly and materials. It does not cover damage or malfunction from alteration, misuse, wear and tear, accident, neglect, exposure to excess moisture, power surges, improper packing and shipping, or repairs attempted by anyone not authorised by Pumpables. Silicone parts such as valves and inserts wear with normal use and need regular replacement; this is not a warranty matter.
The warranty applies to the original buyer. If a pump is sold or given away, the new owner is covered on the pump motor only. Products bought from unauthorised resellers are not covered. Pumpables' maximum liability under this warranty is the purchase price paid.
How to make a claim
If you're having a problem with your Pumpables product, the first step is to contact us; most issues are resolved by troubleshooting together. If it turns out there is a fault, or your order arrived damaged, complete the claim form below. You'll need your original purchase information (order number, receipt, or the email address used to purchase). Validated claims receive a replacement pump as soon as possible, with a prepaid label to return the faulty unit.
