Pack of 2 Liquid inserts for use with your Liquid Kit.

Liquid inserts last about the same amount of time as duck valves, so you should expect to replace them every 2 months of light use up to every 2 weeks if you're an exclusive pumper sterilizing after every use.

You'll know your Liquid insert needs replacing when you see any visible fraying or stretching along with the valve or if suction drops when pumping. Please be aware that valves are so crucial when pumping for maintaining suction! They do need replacing regularly, so keep this in mind.

Compatible with the Liquid Shield Kit System only. Not compatible with other breastshield systems.

Great product, Great customer service

The product is great, especially for "elastic nipples". The silicone is soft and flexible while the holder is a firm plastic. The holder is all one piece so you don't have to worry about the flange detaching while trying to remove them w/one hand from the "hands free" bra. I also like that you can use them with pretty much ANY pump of your choice, I use mine with my Medela pump since I like the suction of that one but hate the flanges. Price point is great AND if you find yourself with the wrong size OR it doesn't work for you, the customer service is awesome. Take it from someone who has tried virtually every flange out there, this is worth the try, it's my everyday one.

Thankful for pumpables having a small silicone flange. It has changed my pumping experience the second time around. Not only do they come in a small size (15mm) they are so much more comfortable than the traditional plastic flanges I used before (in a wrong size of course!)

I was wondering if I ordered a size 17 and end up needing a larger size, do I just order size 19 (or whatever larger size I need)? Will it fit in the size 17 plastic part? Thanks, Hailey

Hi Hailey! Yes! All the different sizes of Liquid Inserts are interchangeable. So once you have the Liquid Kits you can just swap out the inserts for a new size! Hi. My nipple size is 15mm. So do I choose 15mm for my liquid insert? Or do I add 3-4mm on top of my nipple size like other brands? I have not started pumping yet and would like to know more to get a correct flange size. Thank you!

Hi Wei Zhen! Yes, you want to select the same size as your actual measurements. No adding any extra millimeters like other brands suggest. We find a nice snug fit works best for most people. Hope this helps :)

Elastic nipples have both 21 and 19. Nipple hits the end of flange with both. Both are painful. Should I try a different size?

Hey Angie! If the nipple is hitting the end of the flange this generally means you are using too large a size. You want a nice snug fit around the nipple with our measuring tool. I recently ordered the 19mm liquid kit system. I realized after it arrived that I did not measure accurately, and I actually need the 15mm size. Can I order just the 15mm insert to use with my 19mm system, or do I need to order entire new systems in my adjusted size?
