How we ship your order

Breast pump orders within the United States ship free with express delivery. Some locations are exempt from free shipping because of higher shipping costs to those areas.

Orders over US$100 ship free within the US.

When ordering parts and accessories, you can choose between express and standard shipping at checkout. Shipping options and charges for parts depend on your location.

International orders include a shipping fee. Pumpables is not responsible for any customs or carrier fees placed on international orders; these charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed based on incorrect pricing or availability information.

Shipping Protection

Shipping protection is an optional service that provides insurance coverage for your package in case of loss, theft, or damage during transit. Shipping protection does not cover theft after the item has been delivered.

You have the option to add shipping protection to your order prior to checkout. Only orders with shipping protection added will be eligible for replacement or refund.
