Liquid Cups by Pumpables bring the same soft, innovative comfort of our Liquid Kits into a handsfree cup. The Liquid Insert inside each cup gently moulds to the breast tissue, creating a cushioned, flexible seal rather than relying on hard plastic edges. The insert extends the full length of the tunnel, so there is no rigid contact or friction, only soft silicone that moves with your body. When suction is applied, the insert naturally collapses around the nipple, providing a gentle compressive motion that helps stimulate milk flow and mimic the way a baby’s palate works during breastfeeding.

The result is a more comfortable, discreet pumping option that offers the same thoughtful design and performance you expect from Pumpables.

If you want to double-pump, please make sure to add 2 cups to your cart. It's fine to add different sizes.

The Liquid Cup was designed to pair seamlessly with all Pumpables pumps, including our soon to be released wearable, and should be compatible with whatever other brand pump you're using - check with us if you're not sure.

To figure out your size, measure your nipple using our measuring tool.

The best shield size will fit snugly around your nipple, with no areola.

We know it can be confusing figuring out shield sizing, so we really recommend you get in touch if you need fitting help.

Tip most pumpers are using too large a shield, so have us help if you're not sure 💁.
