Can I pay using my FSA / HSA card?
Certainly! Just use you FSA / HSA card at checkout. You can also use your own credit / debit card and then request reimbursement.
Can I get a pump through my insurance.
We know how important it is to have a comfortable, easy to use pump to support your breastfeeding journey. That's why we are working hard to make our pumps more accessible and affordable for everyone.
Pumpables has partnered with various Durable Medical Equipment (DME) suppliers that work with insurance providers to offer Pumpable breast pumps through their plans. Find the full list of Pumpable partners here.
Do you accept returns on opened products?
That's a hard no, sorry! We know it makes it tough, but breast pumps and accessories are medical devices, so can't be returned for resale. Make sure you get in touch before purchasing if you're not sure!
Do you accept returns on unopened products?
Yup! So long as they're returned within 60 days, the hygiene seal is intact and they're presentable to be returned to the shelf.
Do Pumpables pumps come with warranty?
Of course! We have a two year warranty on our breast pump motors. Not only that, we get that having an issue with a pump is stressful and we'll do our best to get you sorted asap 💪.
Which Pumpables breast pump should I choose?
Hmm so this depends on whether performance or portability is your top priority. SuperGenie is designed for ultimate performance, with a big motor capable of running fast cycle speeds on high vacuum. Genie Advanced is our portable pump, delivering the most effective performance you'll find in a tiny package. Tough choice - some pumpers buy both!
Which shield size should I pick?
We really encourage you to get in touch with us so we can help you with this! Having the right shield that fits your nipple snugly is essential for comfy pumping 👌. Use our measuring tool atpumpables.co/measure and send us some pics. Tip - the right size will fit around your nipple, no areola. Let us help!
Can I use the shield kit I already have?
You most likely can. We've designed Pumpables pumps to be as cross-compatible as possible. You just need to make sure you're using a closed system that has a backflow protector to stop milk getting into the pump. You can use Pumpables pumps with most handsfree cups & other shield systems on the market.
